Elite Team Training

Elite Team Training is a fitness class or workout session of a small group of participants, typically ranging from 2 to 8 people making it a more cost-effective option compared to one-on-one personal training.

 

During Elite Team Training sessions, the trainer designs a workout program that caters to the overall needs and goals of the group members. The workouts may include a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, flexibility training, and functional movements. The trainer provides guidance on proper exercise techniques, offers modifications based on individual fitness levels, and motivates the group to push themselves during the workout.

 

Elite Team Training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer in a supportive group setting. Participants can enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, receive personalized attention from the trainer, and stay accountable to their fitness goals. Elite Team Training sessions are a great way to stay motivated, challenge yourself, and achieve fitness results in a social and supportive environment.

Personal Training

Personal training is a one-on-one service provided by the trainer(s) to help the client achieve their fitness and health goals. The trainer(s) will create customized workout plans, provide guidance on exercise techniques, offer nutritional advice, and provide motivation and support to help their clients reach their fitness goals. Personal training sessions are typically conducted in the gym, but we also offer virtual training sessions. The focus of personal training is on personalized attention and tailored guidance to help individuals improve their overall health and fitness levels.

Nutritional Guidance

Elite Performance and Strength provides nutrition coaching opportunities to our clients to ensure their nutrition is in alignment with their strength training. By doing so, clients are really able to maximize their RESULTS! Our desire is to help people realize the power in the food they eat and how creating better habits around nutrition can lead to better performance in the gym and in life.

Tim gives individual attention to everyone in his team trainings. The groups are intentionally small so that he can cater to everyone’s personal fitness goals, he ensures that your form is correct and makes modifications where necessary. For someone that has never worked out, I was hesitant about doing group training but Tim’s energy and focus on everyone during the trainings helps keep me motivated. I would recommend this class to any and everyone.
